If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, we are happy to help you! 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED. JEWELRY, HOUSEWARE, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

For online returns and exchanges, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return or exchange is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you need further assistance you can contact customer service at tpalepoi@yahoo.com. 

Return/Exchange Policy 2024

Purchases made within 30 days are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only if:

  • accompanied by original or gift receipt

  • not washed, worn or damaged

  • original tags attached

  • Items that are eligible will be exchanged for the current selling price.

 Refunds in the form of original payment are eligible if:

  • within 10 days from date of purchase

  • accompanied by original receipt

  • not washed, worn or damaged

  • original tags attached

  • Items that are eligible will be refunded based on the current selling price.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunds.  

All returned items purchased using gift cards will be refunded as merchandise credit.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and/or if you are taking it to our physical locations to take care of your exchange or returns

  • You must have your original receipt and show the email of approval to sales person.

What items are returnable? 

  • Regular price merchandise

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • In unused and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted/Sale items

  • Jewelry

  • Houseware items

  • Custom Orders

  • Hair Accessories

The item I received is damaged

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We only allow the exchange of regular price merchandise. We do not accept exchanges on sale merchandise. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive information on what to do afterwards.
